InventHelp, Americas largest invention submission company, announces that one of its clients, an inventor from Canada, has designed a device that could allow for quick and easy removal of pet hair from carpet. This invention is patented.

Hairbroom would feature fine teeth across its bottom edge, which can be dragged across the carpet in order to gather pet hair into an easily disposable ball. This device could save time and effort removing stubborn pet hair from carpet and furniture, promoting a cleaner home environment. Hairbroom features a lightweight, easy-to-use and ergonomic design that does not damage carpet. Additionally, Hairbroom could serve as an alternative to a vacuum cleaner.

Hairbroom would consist of a metal or plastic device that would feature a flat, slightly angled component that would include fine teeth across its bottom edge. A curved shaft would connect this component to a handle. The handle would include a threaded hole on its end, which would allow for optional attachment of an extension pole. With the bottom edge of the device against the carpet, a user would pull the device toward him or her. The teeth loosen the hair and gather it into a ball so that its easy to throw away. Hairbroom could also be producible in a smaller version for vehicle interiors.
