ForeSite Technologies of East Hartford, a full service web design and development and IT services firm has won a 2012 American Web Design Award for their design on the Shawmut Equipment website.

The site was designed and illustrated by ForeSites Art Director, Mike Dumlao, and programmed and developed by ForeSite Web Developer, Jeremy Davis. Photographs and copywriting were supplied by Kate Costelloe of Shawmut Equipment.

“Its very exciting to be recognized for our design work on the Shawmut Equipment website, Dumlao said. We were able to achieve something very creative, different, and fun, which really helps to separate Shawmut from their competition. A lot of careful thought went into the concept, design, typography, and color theory this is definitely one of our favorite additions to our portfolio.

The American Web design Awards are presented annually by Graphic Design USA and are sponsored by the Creative Group. Winners of the award are featured in the May issue of the GDUSA magazine, and will be highlighted on their website for a year.
