Peachtree Lighting, Covington, GA a specialty lighting fixture manufacturer for architects, engineers, lighting designers in construction of healthcare/hospital, church construction, and hotel/hospitality buildings was purchased by a Kansas City area investment group, Peachtree Lighting LLC, in mid July as a strategic investment, to grow their lighting manufacturing and sales.

The new company ownership and management has 35 years of experience in growing and revitalizing manufacturing businesses and sees this as a strategic investment to expand their foothold in the lighting markets. The purchase of Peachtree Lighting adds the Georgia company as their 5th plant in the Peachtree Lighting investment group which includes light fixtures, LED light engines, and downlight modules.

One of the groups divisions has designed and manufactured High Power LED Light engines for hundreds of indoor and outdoor LED lighting applications. Peachtree will continue to market and sell its existing products plus more creative and innovative energy saving LED Lighting designs with the support of the new ownership.
