iRobotics Massage Chair To Be Featured at COSMOPROF North America

Arlington, Texas (PRWEB) June 05, 2012

The iRobotics is designed for the grueling demands of the nail salon industry. Luraco brings its experience with military technology to this innovative new product offering that combines extreme luxury with high-tech innovation. Luraco is best known in the beauty industry for their patented pedicure jets; the Magna Jet and Dura-Jet III. Both jets are very popular for reliability and easy sanitation features. Known in the beauty industry for innovation, Luraco had many requests to develop a reliable massage chair specifically for the beauty industry. Luraco has responded with the one of a kind, iRobotics massage chair.

Features include:

Advanced, Full Function Massage System

Swedish and Shiatsu Massage

Self Diagnostic System

Military Grade Components

Replaceable Remote Control

Removable Chair Back

Replaceable Control Box

Integrated MP3 Player

Laptop Holder

High Reliability

Ultra Soft Genuine Leather

Designed for the 8-10 hour a day demands of nail salons, the iRobotics is up to the test. The problems of broken mechanics, faulty remote controls, and break-downs are virtually eliminated with the iRobotics self diagnostic system. The system notifies the user via an LED display of the internal status of the system. If for example, an LED identifies a problem with the remote, the remote can be easily replaced. The same is true for other common failures of massage chairs. So, now there is no need to send the entire chair off for maintenance when a simple remote replacement or reboot of the mother board solves the issues.

The iRobotics has advanced comfort features as well as technological. The massage motion includes both Swedish and Shiatsu massage techniques. The internal working components are unsurpassed in quality. Soft, subtle leather nests you in comfort

and an integrated MP3 system allows the user to enjoy the music of their choice. A unique and stylish laptop holder is available as an option for an additional luxury for salon guests.

The massage chair comes in four popular colors and is light weight to save on shipping costs. The iRobotics fits on to most existing pedicure spa bases.

Have a Seat in LOON, Keilhauers New Side/Stacking Chair

Chicago, IL (PRWEB) June 11, 2012

Keilhauer introduces LOON, by Tom Deacon, a stacking chair whose fluid lines were inspired by nature.

Loon is functionally a stacking or guest chair, but that designation is too simplistic to describe its design, for the natural arcs and sculptural curves of its form belie its basic purpose.

I was interested in creating a more integral relationship between the steel frame and the seat and back, says designer Tom Deacon. Most chairs of this type are compositions of linear elements (the frame) and surfaces which they support (the seat and backrest). I wanted to think about volumes rather than sticks and planes. So I started with a slightly larger than usual tube for the legs out of which grow the arms and back in a continuous volume.

In fact, apart from the seat, the entire chair – legs, arms, and back – is defined by just two continuous surfaces flowing up out of the legs to create the graceful arcing forms of the molded elements.

Ive always found inspiration in the beauty of forms in nature, the sense of grace inherent in things at home in their own skin. Its a quality demonstrated by the work of photographer Karl Blossfeldt, who believed that any formal problem faced by a designer or engineer has already been solved by nature. It involves line, balance, proportion and is something more often noticeable by its absence. When you get it right theres a sense of ease and inevitability, of the solution having been somewhat obvious, though for the designer, thats definitely from the perspective of hindsight!

Mike Keilhauer, president, Keilhauer, is delighted to be working with Tom again after a break of several years. Tom took some time away from industrial design to focus on other interests and activities, he explains, but I thought that this project would be perfect to entice him back to design for us. I am so very pleased with the results. With Loon, we have added the ultimate side/stacking chair series to our product offering. It is beautiful and modern, evocative of abstract sculpture, while being comfortable and providing excellent support.

Loons family begins with the simple stacker: with or without arms, nylon seat and back. Add upholstery to the seat, and it acquires a different, sophisticated aesthetic. The optional upholstered back pad adds dimension and extra comfort.

The Loon series is extensive, with tables to complement the chairs.
