Roebuck Grange is in a unique setting as it stands in 5.25 acres of mature grounds with a natural pond and lawns, several mature specimen trees and a paddock. This sylvan setting is on the edge of the hamlet of Maidens Green close to Windsor, Ascot, Maidenhead, Reading with swift access to the M4 or the M3.

The electric gates to Roebuck Grange swing open to reveal an imposing property. The eye is immediately drawn to the baronial arched timber front door that gives a tantalising foretaste of the luxurious interios. All 5,500 sq ft of Roebuck Grange have been meticulously planned, refined and honed to create a modern English manor house and, from the soaring double storey hall that is dominated by a bespoke white oak staircase, there is a synergy in the Arts and Crafts architecture here that creates a fusion of space, taste, balance and style.

The windows and French doors in the drawing room are almost 8 tall giving access to the terrace and make the most of the views through the trees and over the pond and lawn towards the greenbelt paddocks. The reception rooms in Roebuck Grange have been designed for elegant living and, with ceilings just over 3 metres high, they are light, bright and well proportioned.

The house lends itself just as easily to large parties as informal, intimate gatherings because there is so much space and many features to make entertaining easier. The hand crafted cabinetry has been designed and made by Charles Yorke and includes European oak units with sleek granite worktops that were carved by a team of craftsman. The Institute of Internal Communication (IoIC) and communication training specialist Gatehouse Academy have joined forces to launch Accelerate a fast-track masterclass that puts communicators on the path to success when tackling strategic internal communication.

As internal communicators move on in their career, what makes them stand out from the crowd is their ability to translate organisational objectives into meaningful communication strategy and implement this smoothly, taking senior managers and colleagues with them.

The Accelerate masterclass has been designed to help practitioners achieve just that, providing a thorough grounding in the fundamentals of strategic internal communication within a short time frame two blocks of two days.
