Shake Shacks Mark Rosati Designs Custom Shirts with Crooked Brook

Crooked Brook, makers of “The World’s Highest Quality Chef Jackets” was contacted by Mark Rosati, Culinary Manager of the modern day roadside burger stand Shake Shack, to cut, sew and embroider his custom camp shirts.

The shirts are Crooked Brook Style BSM500, made in White, 100% cotton Gabardine fabric, with a hidden placket, short sleeves, left shoulder sleeve tailored welt pocket, and left chest tailored welt pocket with white piping. For a signature look, Rosati had 2-vertical rows of piping on right side; one row in Kelly and the other in black.

Embroidery is as follows:

Left chest below logo, Black, in Block-1 font: ‘ M.R.’

About the Shake Shack:

Crooked Brook was called on by Chef Waldy Malouf to design, cut, sew and embroider the custom aprons for his newest New York City restaurant called High Heat.

The aprons are Crooked Brooks style 740 bib apron made in khaki, 100% cotton denim fabric with an adjustable neck strap.

The High Heat logo will be embroidered on the center front of the bib aprons.

Caldera Construction Polo Team Jerseys Designed by Crooked Brook and Geneve Kashnig

Crooked Brook was contacted by national polo player and tournament organizer chosen by Geneve Kashnig to help design and produce the custom polo jerseys for the Caldera Construction Polo Team.

In the sport of polo, polo shirts are called polo jerseys. Polo shirts are also called “polos” or tennis shirts and they became so popular on golf courses, people started calling them golf shirts. Although the words “polo shirt” and “golf shirt” are used interchangeably, the term “polo shirt” is more popular.

The jerseys are a Hanes, Style 054, 5.5 oz., Men’s 50% cotton/50% polyester Jersey Knit Polo in Cardinal with a welt-knit collar and rib knit cuffs, two-button placket with pearlized buttons and double-needle stitching on bottom hem.

The embroidery and tackle twill placement is as follows:

The hats are a Big Accessories BX001, 6-Panel Brushed Twill Unstructured Cap in black with the locomotive from the logo embroidered on the center front and the High Heat text embroidered on the right side of the hat.

Crooked Brook, makers of “The World’s Highest Quality Chef Jackets” was contacted by Raf Griep, Executive Chef and Culinary Directory of the InterContinental Hotel Groups Al Khobar to cut, sew and embroider his custom chef coats.

The first chef jacket was Crooked Brook style BSM 103H, made in White, 100% Egyptian cotton Gabardine fabric with Rivershell buttons and a hidden placket.

The second one was Crooked Brook style BSM 103H, 100% made in Black Supima Gabardine fabric with Rivershell buttons and a hidden placket.
