The Artila M-9G45A is a credit card size SOM powered by a 400MHz Atmel AT91SAM9G45 ARM Thumb Processor with memory management unit, and equipped with 128MB DDR2 RAM, 128MB NAND Flash, and 2MB DATAFlash.
