strategicplanningMD Announces New Name, Corporate Strategy, and Release of Version 4.0 Strategic Planning Software

Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) June 18, 2012

strategicplanningMD announced today a new direction for the two-year-old firm, changing its name to AchieveIt to better describe the companys mission: to help organizations execute smarter, faster, and better. The name change is timed with the release of its version 4.0 cloud-based strategic planning software suite, which includes three robust applications and a comprehensive resource library.

The new name is a recognition of the size, strength, and diversity of our client base and the fundamental reason our clients and prospects turn to us for help in the first place, said Scott Regan, founder and chief execution officer. Our clients are looking to turn organizational vision and goals into real, meaningful, and tangible results. They want to improve strategy formulation and execution management, create a culture of accountability, and, ultimately, achieve their strategic and operational objectives Whatever It is, our singular purpose is to help our clients AchieveIt.

As part of the rebranding initiative, the company has adopted a new tagline that corresponds with its mission statement: Execute Smarter. Faster. Better.

The genesis of strategicplanningMD was a healthcare strategic planning consulting practice that identified the need to automate basic planning functions, tools, and methods using Internet-based applications. Formed in March 2010, the company introduced its first application in July of that year. By June 2012, the company was serving nearly 100 clients in six industries: healthcare, higher education, financial services, professional services, government, and engineering.

Seeing the opportunity to serve a market much broader than healthcare, the company felt a name change was in order, as strategicplanningMDs name connoted a healthcare planning function. In order to reposition itself for growth beyond healthcare and with a focus not only on planning, but also on execution the name AchieveIt was selected.

We are attracting attention from companies with 40,000 employees and from companies with less than 40 employees, said John Tolmie, president and chief growth officer. Our smallest client is a financial services company with 14 employees, and they have the same strategy development and execution management challenges as our largest client, Baylor Health Care system, which has nearly 20,000 employees. The fact is, in todays competitive climate, no company can afford to misfire, and our technology provides a powerful arsenal for achieving corporate objectives.

In conjunction with the name change, AchieveIt announced the release of Version 4.0, which includes the following applications, all rebranded under the new corporate direction:

ExecuteIt: The companys flagship strategy development and execution management application, with additional tools to accelerate accountability and execution, including plan scoring, automatic dashboard trend lines, and integration into the firms other cloud-based applications.
AnalyzeIt: Map data at an address level and conduct on-the-fly analysis with point-and-click technology.
ImproveIt: Now, every aspect of a companys quality and performance improvement program can be managed in the cloud, with complete visibility and transparency.
ShareIt: Unites users with online discussion boards, plus provides file sharing within companies and access to strategy development and execution management resources, as well as best-practice strategy bundles that can be directly imported into plans.

The revised styling by VP of Design Mark Adams gives the cars a more bold and aggressive appearance. Both body styles get a new front grille, with repositioned logo-bar in the upper section and a re-styled lower section too. All BiTurbos receive Vauxhalls Start/Stop system as standard.

GK Elite Sportswear Introduces Special Edition Gymnastics Legends Leotards

Reading, Pennsylvania (PRWEB) June 18, 2012

As the excitement builds for the Summer Games in London, GK Elite Sportswear, L.P., the worlds leading supplier of gymnastics apparel, chose five iconic gymnasts to tell their story through a personally designed GK gymnastics workout leotard which will be featured as part of its Gymnastic Legends Special Edition Catalog. Continuing its charitable tradition, GK will donate 10% of sales of each leotard sold to the Collegiate Development Fund within the National Gymnastics Foundation. Made in the USA, the leotards are available for sale now through August 15, 2012 at http://www.gkelite.com.

Gracing the pages of this Special Edition Catalog are GK gymnastics leotards designed by Champions for Champions. The most well-known names in Womens Gymnastics history share the inspiration behind their leotard design in their own words. All five Legends have worn and endorsed GK leotards, and some of them even sell GK gymnastics apparel in their own gyms.

Svetlana Boguinskaia – Svetlana burst on to the gymnastics scene at an early age and remained there, as a champion, for an unprecedented three Olympic games.

When Svetlana Boguinskaia competed as a gymnast, she preferred leotards with a dark color on the bottom and a light color on top to create stand-out contrast. Being a study in contrasts herself on the competition floor, the combination suited Svetlana well. Svetlanas gymnastics were a contrast of graceful artistry and intense drama. That same grace and drama served as inspiration for her 2012 GK Legends Collection Leotard. Her design inspiration comes to life with Black Mystique throughout the body and Charcoal Mystique and Berry Mystique near the neckline in a rolling flame design on the front and back. Svetlana said the berry, silver and black combination looks great together and makes a perfect leotard for gymnasts of all ages.

Kim Zmeskal – Kim was the first-ever American woman to become All-Around World Champion in 1991 and is still winning today.

Kims inspiration for the design of her 2012 GK Legends Collection Leotard came from the logo design of the 1991 World Championships. Kim said, During that competition, I experienced the highest of highs with an amazing American audience cheering me and my teammates on all the way! Winning the All-Around title and toppling the Romanians for a Team Silver are tremendous memories that have not faded one bit! The color blue, besides being a favorite of mine, is synonymous with being the best, which is a constant, driving force in my life.”

Shannon Miller – Shannon, the most decorated gymnast in US Olympic history, is a gymnastic legend both individually and as a member of the US Womens Gymnastics Team, fondly referred to as the Magnificent Seven.

Its no surprise that when asked about the design inspiration for her 2012 Legends Collection Leotard for GK, Shannon chose a modern take on the 1996 Olympic team leotard. US Olympic athletes are an inspiration when they wear the red, white and blue and represent their country with grace under pressure, in heartbreak, and in success. Shannons Legends Inspired Workout Leotard is the epitome of patriotism. Her design is rich with Navy, Red, and Silver Mystique echoing Old Glory. The Stars & Stripes motif is perfected with clear rhinestone star transfers over the right side of the front bodice and right shoulder.

Amanda Bordon – Amanda was Team Captain of the 1996 Magnificent Seven, the first U.S. Womens Gymnastics Team to win Gold in all of Olympic history.

When asked about her gymnastics career, Amanda Borden seems to have developed a theme upon answering its all about the team! Amandas inspiration for her 2012 GK Legends Collection Leotard stays true to her team theme and the source of her 1996 Olympic fame her Magnificent Seven teammates. Amanda described the experience as, the biggest moment of my gymnastics career and one of the biggest moments in womens gymnastics history. Amanda honors each of her team members with her GK design saying, There are 7 stripes to represent the 7 members on the team. Always having favored red, white and blue, Amandas Legends Inspired Workout Leotard is a shimmering and brilliant combination of Silver Mystique and White Nylon/Spandex. The stunning red Sequinz stripes are artfully laid out across the front of the leo paired with brilliant blue and silver Sequinz stars.

Carly Patterson – Carly competed in the Athens Olympics in 2004 and became only the second American woman to capture Olympic Gold for the Individual All-Around. Carly hit that pinnacle after a fast and furious gymnastics career with an impressive medal count at a young age.

Carly Patterson found inspiration for her 2012 GK Legends Collection Leotard in revisiting the culmination of her gymnastics career the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens. Carly won the Individual All-Around Gold medal, making her only the second American woman to do so, 20 years after Mary Lou Retton first did in 1984. According to Carly, The Olympic rings wrapping around the leotard are an awesome representation of what I achieved in my gymnastics career. The foundation for Carlys take on the rings is Silver Mystique and each ring is created with Ocean, Black, Red, Yellow and Kelly Green Mystiques.

Jewelry and Fashion Designer Jenne Rayburn Selected to Participate in The Vintage Bazaar & Music Festival

Boston, MA (PRWEB) June 17, 2012

Jenne Rayburn Handcrafted Jewelry and Wearable Art, a local Malden, MA, jewelry and fashion accessories designer and start-up, known for innovative designs and her vintage inspired aesthetic, has been selected to participate in The Vintage Bazaar & Music Festival in Salisbury, MA on June 23rd & 24th from 10am-5pm.

Held on the picturesque Pettengill Flower Farm, The Vintage Bazaar is an upscale outdoor market featuring antiques, architectural salvage, vintage jewelry & clothing, original art, artisan crafts and fresh flowers. I am thrilled to be a part of this great vintage show and have the opportunity to share a creatively displayed and thoughtfully curated selection of my handcrafted jewelry, said Jenne Rayburn, founder and designer of Jenne Rayburn Handcrafted Jewelry and Wearable Art. Vendors will design elaborate displays and create magical vignettes in hopes of capturing one of four show awards for best display and signage. More than shopping, this family oriented festival is a community event and a chance to spend time with old and new friends. Notes Jenne, Technically I will be working the show, but I have so much fun at a show like this, you can hardly call it work!

Jenne Rayburn found her vocation as a designer and creator while she was still a child. Crafting for herself wearable art from repurposed vintage costume jewelry and treasures found at the Goodwill using her mothers metalworking tools, she was regularly stopped by inquiring passersby interested in buying the unique pieces. As an interior designer and textile artist, Jenne is fascinated with pattern making and color: the simplicity, beauty and structural elements of natural formations, reflections and juxtapositions. I am especially inspired by the unlimited shapes and textures found in nature, reflects Jenne. By the rough and weathered New England coastal landscape, the abstract tapestry of the Palouse lentil and wheat fields where I grew up, the geometry of buildings and bridges, and the mix of color and texture in indigenous folk art. At the show Jenne Rayburn will be featuring collectible showstoppers made from found and vintage treasures, precious metals, and semi-precious gemstones that mix the charm of vintage with clean, modern lines. Each design brings with it a spectacular story.

The Vintage Bazaar will feature more than 130 selected vendors from across 11 states including Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine, showcasing their finds and unique crafts at outdoor boutiques. The show is focused on bringing to market high quality vintage, antique and salvaged pieces, and repurposed materials and objects. Original artwork from local artists, unique artisan designs and upscale crafts also will be among the featured items. The market will showcase the farm’s display garden, as well as childrens activities and delicious local food.

In addition to treasure hunting, local musicians will perform live, foot tapping, music throughout both days of the festival. Bluegrass, Folk, Roots, with a bit of Country will be enjoyed by all that attend with free admission, making the Vintage Bazaar a fun-filled, and economical, family event.

The Pettengill Farm is at 45 Ferry Road, Salisbury MA. Admission is free with $ 1 onsite parking. ATMs and public restrooms are available. Doors open at 9:00am and the main event runs from 10:00am 5:00pm.

For more information please contact The Vintage Bazaars director, Devon Allen, additional information at thevintagebazaar(at)live(dot)com or 978.518.0128. You can also find additional information by visiting [http://www.pettengillfarm.com.

A graduate of the University of Washington where she studied metalsmithing and fiber arts, and of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a MS in Design, Jenne has been designing jewelry and apparel for over 20 years. Chicago Pneumatic Debuts CP Nano Series Rotary Screw Air Compressors

Rock Hill, S.C. (PRWEB) June 18, 2012

Chicago Pneumatic, a global leader in portable and stationary compressor technology, today announced the introduction of the new CP Nano Series rotary screw air compressor, built for high-efficiency, continuous operation and reduced operating costs in a compact, workspace-saving design.

The CP Nano Series includes five models ranging from 3-15HP to meet the demands of a wide range of automotive and light industrial applications. Designed to work continuously 24/7 when needed, the CP Nano provides stable air output at 125 psig or 150 psig standard with high-efficiency airends/elements that produce drier, cooler air up to 80 percent cooler than from a comparable piston compressor. It also features load/no-load operation with timed shutdown (CPN 5.0-7.5 single phase, CPN 10-15) to enhance durability and conserve energy.

The CP Nano Series provides customers with an advanced, high-quality rotary screw compressor that has the capacity for continuous operation in a heavy-duty environment like much larger, more expensive compressors, said Ellen Steck, President, Chicago Pneumatic. Yet its reduced footprint, energy efficiency and longer maintenance intervals make the CP Nano Series overall cost of ownership among the most affordable of any compressor on the market.

Each compressors compact dimensions take up less workspace compared to equivalent-power piston compressors. The CP Nano is also engineered with the air intake, air outlet and air cooling on the same side, making installation and ducting easier and less expensive.

When outfitted with an optional integrated refrigerant dryer, the CP Nano produces air that is stored in the receiver before entering the dryer. This design uses less energy and reduces maintenance, load on the dryer and pressure pulsations in the network.

When we were designing the CP Nano, we worked from our customers viewpoints to ensure we thought of everything to make the experience of owning and using the CP Nano as beneficial as possible, Steck said. For instance, all of the CP Nanos key maintenance components belts, air filters and oil filters are placed on one side for easy access and service. And with no wearing parts and longer maintenance intervals, the CP Nano reduces operating costs compared to an equivalent-power piston compressor.

Like all CP rotary screw compressors, the CP Nano Series is backed by a CP Secure 5-year warranty with no contracts or service agreements necessary. (Authorized start-up required.)

Overall, the CP Nano Series brings rotary screw technology and high-efficiency design to customers who are seeking a compressor thats cost-effective and enables their growing business to be even more productive, Steck said. The CP Nano also delivers the same dependable performance that people expect from Chicago Pneumatic.

For more information about the CP Nano Series or to find a distributor near you, please visit http://www.revupcp.com/nano.
